Welcome to Principle Events LLC! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchase.

1. General Service Agreement

1.1. Principle Events LLC provides mobile bar services for private and corporate events.
1.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
1.3. By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or 21 years old where required by law and guests to be served will be 21 years of age).

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made 7 days before the event.
2.2. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified within 30 days notice of the event.
2.3. Any additional charges (e.g., overtime, extra drinks) must be settled immediately after the event.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellations 90 to 30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded. The remaining 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
3.2. Cancellations 30 to 15 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be retained as credit for future events (valid for 365 days). The remaining 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

3.3. Cancellations less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be issued for the deposit.

4. Alcohol Service

4.1. Principle Events LLC reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests or individuals under the legal drinking age.
4.2. Alcohol service will comply with local laws and regulations.
4.3. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by guests consuming alcohol served by us.

5. Liability

5.1. Principle Events LLC holds general liquor liability insurance up to 2M, but event organizers are encouraged to secure their own event insurance for additional coverage.
5.2. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, emergencies).

6. Event Requirements

6.1. The client must provide adequate space, power supply if needed, and access to the venue for our setup with ample time to perform.
6.2. Any damages caused to our equipment during the event will be the client’s responsibility.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. Your personal information is used solely for booking and communication purposes. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
7.2. By providing your contact information, you agree to receive occasional promotional communications from us. You may opt-out at any time.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

8.1. Principle Events LLC reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
